The IAAF released the Diamond League event lineup over the Thanksgiving holiday, meaning fans of the Prefontaine Classic and adidas Grand Prix can start dreaming out the fields each event assembles.

The Prefontaine Classic hosts ten mens Diamond League events, including the 1500m, 110m hurdles, high jump and shot put. The Hayward Field annual hosts six womens events as well, including the always entertaining 100m, 800m and either a 3000m or 5000m event. 

For the adidas Grand Prix, fans should start writing event staff, begging for a Usain Bolt v. Justin Gatlin v. Yohan Blake showdown. It's a rare day Mr. Bolt competes on U.S. soil. The event also hosts the notable 800m for both men and women, the womens high jump, mens triple jump, womens 400m and womens pole vault.
