KINGSTON: It was a birthday celebration planned to befit a Queen and her friends and family came and made sure of it. Shelly Ann Fraser, reigning World and Olympic 100 meters Champion, was serenaded by friends and family last Sunday at Carlos’ Cafe in Kingston Jamaica as she became of age 23.
