I was on vacation in Newport and I stumbled across this little gem:Villa Pilates. I took a couple of Reformer classes and was hooked! Even while I’m in full training, I incorporate short Reformer sessions and mat Pilates into my weekly schedule. I have been healthy for over a year now, and I definitely think that these short sessions have been huge for my foot strength and general body awareness.
