Today ended up being a recovery day. I had a long night at work at the great Denny's restaurant here downtown San Diego and only got about 5-6 hours of sleep. So, rather than over do it with an interval workout this morning I decided to focus on my strength training for today and a very light recovery ride on the stationary bike. The ride felt great. I definitely think I made a good decision to focus on recovery. I'm really looking forward to attacking some 400 meter repeats tomorrow though!
