We recently caught up with a group of elite athletes to get a glimpse into their preparations for 2011 and look back at 2010.

2010 saw the launch of Alan Webb version 2.0. In late 2009 he left his long time coach, moved from Virginia to Oregon and had surgery on a faulty achilles. Except for a leaked Nike security camera video, not much was seen from the American mile record holder until late August when Webb roared back onto the racing scene. After 2 tumultuous years of sub-par results and injuries he was back. We got a chance to sit down him to talk about his reboot as an athlete and where he's headed in the future.
