Texas A&M speedster Curtis Mitchell, with a year of eligibility remaining and tabbed by T&FN as the NCAA 200 favorite, has instead decided to pursue a professional career.

The 21-year-old Mitchell, a 10.25/19.99 performer last year, was ranked No. 7 in the nation in the half-lapper in the T&FN Rankings. Apparently he will move to Florida to continue his training.
