Holding Olympic Berth, Meb Preps for NYC Half

Meb Keflezighi will take a healthy dose of vindication into his appearance at the NYC Half on March 18. Keflezighi, 36, overcame injury and doubt to win the U.S. Olympic marathon trials last month in Houston, and now he hopes to use next month's half-marathon as preparation for the London Games.

"I like the distance," he said of the half-marathon, "especially the next day."
